Cheese blocks

Pasteurised cheese blocks are a vital part of our product range. We heat the cheese and mould it into blocks without the need for emulsifying salts. It is vital to our clients that our products are of consistently high quality and in full compliance with microbiological standards. Every single client has their own set of individual wishes and quality standards. For example, cheese blocks used for grating require completely different properties than cheese blocks used to make filling for cheese pastries.

Every production run includes a variety of testing methods that mimic your production process. In addition to organoleptic tests, we can also implement melting tests, grating tests and texture tests. All of this is done according to specific and detailed agreements that ensure you receive the exact product you are expecting.

Vegetarian/vegan options

We also offer vegetarian and vegan products and have devoted a great deal of attention to plant-based alternatives in recent years. This is a growing market and we are convinced that feeding the world of tomorrow will require a transition to a more plant-based/vegan diet. We have successfully developed cheese alternatives that are barely distinguishable from real cheese in both taste and texture. Our knowledge and range of flavourings enable extremely accurate fine-tuning of flavour.
