Enzyme Modified Dairy/Cheese (EMD/EMC)
Dairy flavourings are used to optimise the flavour of food products. Enzyme Modified Dairy and Enzyme Modified Cheese are natural flavourings derived from cheese and dairy. For EMD, enzymes are added to the raw material to 'age' it, which concentrates the flavour of the cheese, butter and cream. It's a cost-effective way of fabricating fantastic flavourings!
